WHAT’S THE MOST REWARDING PART OF YOUR JOB?
There’s no greater reward than connecting the right person to the right role and knowing I’ve helped shape the future of a team. I do this work because it matters. And because I’m really, really good at it.

WHAT IS ONE COMMON MISCONCEPTION ABOUT RECRUITING THAT YOU’D LOVE TO CLEAR UP?
A corporate recruiters job isn’t to find jobs for people - it’s to find the right people for the job their company is hiring for.

WHAT’S ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU GIVE TO ALMOST EVERY CANDIDATE?
When discussing your experience in an interview, it’s important to clearly convey what you specifically contributed. Don’t be afraid to own your work when answering interview questions. “Using phrases like “WE DID THIS” or “WE ENSURED THAT...” can make it difficult for the interviewer to understand your individual role. To avoid this, speak in first person when describing your responsibilities and achievements. It’s not arrogant to say “I did” or “I was responsible for”; it’s necessary to show what you brought to the table.
