Understanding the candidate profile: AI insights, Market Value, and taking action.

Header: The Snapshot

At the top of the profile, you get an instant overview of the candidate's viability through four key data cards:

  • Experience: Total years of professional experience.
  • Level: The seniority level (e.g., Senior, Lead) determined by our AI.
  • Market Value: Estimated salary range based on skills and market demand.
  • Location: Current geographic location.

Status Indicators Look for the "Open to offers" badge next to the candidate's name. This signal indicates a high probability that the candidate is receptive to new opportunities.

Main Content Area

The central part of the profile is divided into tabs for deep diving:

  • Overview: A narrative AI-generated summary of the candidate's career, highlighting key achievements, tech stack, and educational background in a readable format.
  • Experience: Detailed work history.
  • Education: Academic credentials.
  • Skills: Full taxonomy of explicit and implicit skills.
  • Additional: Languages, certifications, and other data.

Contact Information

To access contact details, look at the top right corner.

  • Reveal Button: Click the blue "Reveal contact details" button.
  • Credits: This action will deduct credits from your balance (1 for Email, 1 for Phone). Once revealed, the data remains permanently accessible.

The Action Sidebar

On the right side of the screen, you will find the Action Menu to manage your workflow:

  • Outreach: Draft and send emails or add the candidate to a Sequence.
  • Notes: Add private internal notes for your team (e.g., "Great cultural fit").
  • Projects: Save the candidate to a specific vacancy pipeline.
  • Tasks: Set reminders for yourself (e.g., "Follow up next Tuesday").
  • Activity: View the history of interactions with this profile.

Candidate Management Widgets

Below the Action Sidebar, you can manage the candidate's status within your hiring funnel:

  • Candidate Status: Use the dropdown to move the candidate through stages (default is "New").
  • Candidate Rating: Rate the candidate from 1 to 5 stars based on your personal assessment. This helps prioritize top talent within your Projects.
