What is DNC?

DNC (Do Not Contact) lists help you track candidates who have opted out of communications or should not be contacted.

Adding to DNC

Add candidates to DNC when:

• They request to be removed

• They unsubscribe from emails

• They're employed at your company

• They've explicitly declined

DNC Behavior

Candidates on DNC:

• Cannot be added to sequences

• Are flagged in search results

• Are excluded from bulk actions

Managing DNC

• Import DNC lists from CSV

• Export current DNC for backup

• Remove from DNC if status changes
