Account Management
Manage your profile, security settings, email integrations, and credit balance.
Profile Settings
To access settings, click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner.

Since you log in via Google, your primary account details (Name, Email, Avatar) are automatically synced. However, you should ensure your professional details are up to date, as they may be used in your email signatures.
Editable Information:
- Position: Used in variables for email templates.
- Contact Phone Number: Can be added to your email signature.
- Company: can be added to your email signature.
- Website: can be added to your email signature.
- LinkedIn profile: can be added to your email signature.
Email Integration (Senders)
- While you use Google to log in, you also need to authorize Glozo to send emails on your behalf for your outreach campaigns.
How to connect a sender:
- Go to Profile → Integrations.
- Click "Connect Google Account".
- Authorize the Google account you wish to use for sending emails.
Important Note: The email account you connect for outreach can be different from the one you use to log in. You are free to log in with your primary account but connect a separate dedicated email or alias for sending campaigns.
Why do we need permissions?
Glozo requires access to the Gmail API to:
- Send Emails: Launch sequences directly from the platform.
- Sync Replies: Track candidate responses and display them in the Glozo Inbox.
- Analyze Sentiment: Our AI reads incoming replies from candidates to tag them (e.g., "Interested", "Not Interested", "Need more details") and help you to build and prioritize your pipeline.
Subscription & Credits
In the Profile section, you can monitor your resource usage:
- Credit Balance: Check how many credits you have available for unlocking candidate contacts (Email/Phone).
- Usage History: View a log of unlocked profiles.

Notifications
Configure how you want to be notified about candidate activity to stay on top of your hiring process:
- New Replies: Receive an email summary when a candidate responds to your sequence.
- System Updates: Important news about platform features and maintenance.
Account Security
Because Glozo uses Google Authorization, we do not store or manage your passwords.
- Password Management: To change your password, please use your Google Account settings.
- 2FA: We rely on Google's Two-Factor Authentication. If you have 2FA enabled in Google, your Glozo account is equally protected.
