When Do You Pay?

At Glozo, we believe you should only pay for actionable results. You are never charged for searching, filtering, or analyzing the market.

What is Free? (Unlimited*)

You can perform an unlimited number of the following actions without using any credits:

Glozo Search: Chat with the agent as much as you want.

Deep Profiling: View full candidate profiles, including their skills graph, analytics, and employment history.

Market Data: See the estimated Market Value and "Open to Offers" signals.

Projects: Add candidates to projects and organize your pipeline.

Note on Fair Use: Our "Unlimited" policy applies to manual, human usage. To protect our data partners and platform stability, automated scraping or bot-like activity (e.g., viewing thousands of profiles in seconds) may trigger temporary security blocks.

When is a Credit Deducted?

A credit is deducted only when you choose to reveal verified contact information.

Key Principles

1. Granular Pricing

We treat emails and phone numbers separately. You are in full control: you can choose to unlock only the email or only the phone number. You never pay for data fields you don't need.

2. The "Unlock Once, Keep Forever" Rule

Once you spend a credit on a candidate, their data is saved to your CRM permanently. You will never be charged again for viewing or exporting this candidate, even if you add them to a new project a year later. You are building your own data asset.

Credit Usage Scenarios

1. Revealing Contacts (Manual) When viewing a candidate's profile, contact details are hidden by default. Clicking them triggers a deduction:

Reveal Email: Deducts 1 Credit.
Reveal Phone: Deducts 1 Credit.

2. Adding to Sequences (Outreach) To send an email sequence, the platform requires the candidate's email address.

Auto-Unlock: If you add a candidate with hidden contacts to a sequence, the system will automatically deduct a credit to unlock their Email.
If the email was already unlocked previously, 0 credits are deducted.

The Refund Guarantee

We value accuracy. If you unlock a contact and the email turns out to be invalid (bounced), our system automatically detects it or you can report it.

Result: The credit is instantly returned to your balance.

Checking Your Balance
