Access & Login
To ensure security and a seamless onboarding experience, Glozo currently uses Google Single Sign-On (SSO).
How to Sign Up: Simply click "Sign Up" on Glozo.com Home Page and choose your Google Workspace or personal Google account.
Non-Google Users: If you need to register with a non-Google email address, please contact us at [email protected], and we will provision your account manually.
The Workspace Tour
Once logged in, you land on the Dashboard. This is your command center for tracking progress.

Sidebar Navigation(Left): Your main menu.
Search: The Glozo Sourcing engine (we will go here in a second).
Projects: Your active pipelines and vacancies.
Outreach & Inbox: Tools to manage email campaigns and replies.
CRM: Your permanent database of unlocked talent.
Quick Stats (Center): Monitor your active projects and pipeline health (New, Contacted, Interviewing) at a glance.
Credits (Top Right): Always visible here (e.g., Credits Left: 1000). These are used only when you reveal a candidate's verified contact info.
Step 1: Talk to the Agent
Forget Boolean strings. Glozo works best with natural language.
Click Search in the left sidebar.
In the chat input, describe the role just as you would to a colleague.
Bad Prompt: "Java Developer NY" Good Prompt: "I need a Senior Java Backend Engineer in NYC who has experience with high-load fintech systems and knows Kafka."
Hit Enter. The Glozo Agent will analyze your request, infer related skills (e.g., adding "Spring Boot" or "Microservices" based on your context), and generate a list.
Under the Hood: Glozo doesn't just look for keywords. It analyzes the tenure and project complexity of every skill to differentiate between someone who "used" Java once and someone who masters it.
Step 2: Analyze the Data
Don't just look at the names. Look at the insights.
Match Score: A percentage showing how well the candidate fits your specific context.
Market Value: Look for the estimated salary range (e.g., $160k - $180k). This data is based on 10 million real-time data points. Use it to filter out candidates who are likely over your budget.
Signals: Look for the "Open to Offers" indicator, suggesting the candidate is likely ready to move.
Step 3: Unlock and Save
Found a match? Take action.
Click on the candidate card to view the full Deep Profile (GitHub activity, detailed history).
Click "Reveal Contact Details" to unlock verified contact details (this deducts 1 credit).
Save to Project: Add the candidate to an active vacancy. This automatically saves them to your CRM for future access.
