Recruiterflow's Platform plan costs $119 per user per month if you pay annually and $149 if you pay monthly. Those are the only two prices Recruiterflow publishes. AIRA, the plan that carries its AI agents, is listed as "Let's chat, custom pricing", so its cost is whatever the quote says.
Recruiterflow also says there are no add-ons on either plan, and the only paid extra it describes is a white-glove data migration, priced by data volume. Five recruiters on Platform, billed annually, come to $7,140 a year.
What Recruiterflow charges
Everything in this section is from Recruiterflow's pricing page, read on October 3 and 4, 2026 with the currency selector on USD and both billing states checked.
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Who Recruiterflow says it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform | $119 per user per month | $149 per user per month | "Created for search firms requiring an end-to-end solution" |
| AIRA | Custom pricing | Custom pricing | "Best suited for search firms with bigger teams, and much bigger dreams" |
The page opens on the annual price, so $119 is the default view. Pick the monthly toggle and it becomes $149. The page also offers EUR and GBP; the figures here are the USD ones.
Platform is a full agency system on its own. It includes the ATS and CRM, multichannel sequences, recruitment and sales automation, client and team access controls, bulk sourcing through a Chrome extension, reporting, and API access. Recruiterflow's comparison table lists unlimited jobs, candidates, contacts and companies on both plans.
What a year costs at one to ten recruiters
There is no user-count tier on the page, so the cost is the seat price times the seats. The page does not state a minimum seat count, so check whether a one-seat contract is available before relying on the first row.
| Recruiters | Platform, billed annually | Platform, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $1,428 a year | $1,788 a year |
| 3 | $4,284 a year | $5,364 a year |
| 5 | $7,140 a year | $8,940 a year |
| 10 | $14,280 a year | $17,880 a year |
Monthly billing costs $360 more per seat per year. Whether that is worth paying depends on how sure you are that you will still be on Recruiterflow in twelve months. For a desk trialling a switch from another system, the monthly premium may buy flexibility, but the page does not say whether monthly billing can be cancelled month to month, so confirm that before paying for it. For a team that has already migrated its data, the premium buys little.
For a three-year view, and for how Recruiterflow sits against Bullhorn, Loxo, Crelate and Manatal over the same period, see our three-year cost ranking of agency ATS platforms. That page works through the billing-term gap over three years, where it reaches $1,080 per seat.
Platform or AIRA: what the quote buys
The AIRA plan card lists "All Platform Plan Features, plus" a set of agents and data tools, and the comparison table adds a phone and email finder:
- AIRA Notetaker, described as one-click contact summaries from email, text, calls, meetings and LinkedIn
- AIRA Matchmaker
- AIRA Job Change Alerts, which Recruiterflow says auto-updates data and alerts you to job changes
- AIRA Field Updates Agent, which suggests field updates for the ATS and CRM
- AIRA Submission Agent and AIRA Task Agent
- Phone & Email Finder, to find verified emails and phone numbers of candidates and contacts
- Omnichannel communication sync: the comparison table shows email, calls and text on Platform and adds LinkedIn on AIRA
- Custom BI dashboards
Two of those matter more for cost than the agent names suggest. In the comparison table, Phone & Email Finder is marked AIRA-only, so the table shows no phone and email finder on Platform. And LinkedIn joins the communication sync only on AIRA, which matters if most of your candidate conversations happen there.
Recruiterflow's FAQ makes two commitments about AIRA that are worth having in writing before you sign. You do not pay per agent: the AIRA plan covers all current and future agents at no extra cost. And on multi-year custom plans, every new AIRA capability is included for the length of the contract. So there is no separate per-agent charge on top of the AIRA quote, and the question to ask in the demo is how that quote changes with seat count and term, since neither is published.
The costs that are not the seat price
The FAQ answers the add-on question directly: "No add-ons. No surprises. No extra costs." It adds that every feature, current and upcoming, is included based on the plan you select.
Migration is where money can still change hands. Recruiterflow offers two routes, and the self-serve one is free: you bring the data in with its Excel and CSV import tool.
The white-glove route, where Recruiterflow's team moves and maps your whole database, is paid, is priced by data volume, and typically takes six to eight weeks. Recruiterflow says the migration fee can be discussed for a waiver on multi-year contracts, so if you are moving a large database, the contract length and the migration fee are one negotiation, not two.
Some terms are not on the page at all. It does not state a minimum seat count, a minimum contract length for Platform, or whether monthly billing is month to month. Ask about all three before you compare quotes.
Why the figures you find elsewhere disagree
Several pages on one comparison site that rank for this query quote a starting price that appears in neither state of Recruiterflow's billing toggle. Recruiterflow's own pricing page was not among the first 19 US results for the query when we checked on October 3, 2026. Every Recruiterflow price in this article comes from Recruiterflow's own page.
Published prices from other agency platforms
If Recruiterflow's Platform price is the reference point, these are published prices from other agency platforms, each read on the vendor's own page on October 4, 2026.
| Platform and plan | Published price | Billing | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crelate Essentials | $85 per user per month | Annual | Up to 2 users and 20k contacts |
| Crelate Business | $119 per user per month | Annual or monthly | One price listed for both terms |
| Loxo Core | From $149 per user per month | Annual, paid up front | Free migration for teams of 3+ seats. Both Loxo plans carry a "new customer limited time offer" label |
| Loxo Professional | From $199 per user per month | Annual, paid up front | Lists Loxo Source, its agents and 2,500 credits per seat a month |
| Manatal | $15, $35 or $55 per user per month | Yearly plans shown | The $15 plan caps at 15 jobs and 10,000 candidates |
Bullhorn and Loxo each have a full guide on this blog: Bullhorn pricing and Loxo pricing.
Billing term is the other thing that differs. Recruiterflow and Crelate Business both offer monthly billing, while Loxo's two published plans are annual and paid up front. Recruiterflow's pricing page does not state its cancellation terms, so if leaving inside the first year matters to you, ask each vendor before you compare.
If you are still deciding whether you need an ATS with a CRM attached or a CRM with an ATS attached, we looked at how agency platforms use the two labels in what a recruiting CRM actually is.
Where Glozo fits
Recruiterflow is a system of record. Platform's sourcing is bulk sourcing through a Chrome extension, and the phone and email finder comes with AIRA. Glozo does the step before that.
It searches candidates across 30+ sources in plain English and puts a market compensation estimate and an Open to Offers signal on every profile. You see what the market pays for a profile, and whether the person is likely to be open to a move, before you spend anything on contact details.
The economics of paying per reveal against paying per seat are worked through in our sourcing credit math.
